Q: How do I set up outlook Exprees 6?

Open Settings and select Tools from the menu above and click Accounts, which will bring under the accounts:
If you need to change the list of outlook exprees that were already assigned, go here.

If you want to prepare a file in a new mail profile settings, click on the Add button, then click the Mail:
After you enter the correct name, such as John Jones, click next.
Now enter the email address you want the title of your mail, such as: jgrant@mydomain.com click Next.
Choose the POP3.
Now enter the name of the inbox of the next field, which is: mail.YourDomainName.com
Now enter the name of the outgoing mail in the next field, which is: mail.YourDomainName.com after the introduction of incoming and outgoing mail servers click Next.
 Now you will be asked for your user name and password. Enter your username (not email address) and password here exactly as it did when you create e-mail in your control panel or when you entered it the first time to host (FTP with your username which is also the login name for e-mail).   And you will see in this screen also the option (remember your password?) For your convenience.
 Now click agree and then click Finish.
In this case, you have created your account.
If you have an account on the outlook and you have done your account just as described above, click on the website in which they appear above accounts, and then click the Properties button to the right of the screen.
 And we'll give you a list of properties as follows:
From a list of properties is shown above, click on servers option: Make sure that the incoming mail server is mail.YourDomainName.com. And also make sure the incoming mail server and your login name and correct password, you must also make sure whether you should verify approval of the e-mail by the ISP, but you will not need to in most Internet service providers.
But in the case, you are prompted to verify the service provider of e-mail, click on Settings, and then click on the login button and enter using the user name and password that you use to log on with your Internet service provider, not your user name and password of your own. Click OK, and that will bring you back to the page of the accounts, where you will be able to click the Close button.
 After outlook express6 Setup is complete. You can now click on; send and receive button from the settings toolbar button.
